Personal data policy
The form
When you send the form we receive your name, the contact you leave and your message: the place, the fact and the link. Nothing else is collected and no account is needed.
Your name and contact are never published; they serve only to ask you about the message.
Counting visits
A script served by this site counts visits. It sets no cookies and builds no profile of you. Pressing a contact button on a place’s page sends one event with the kind of button, the place and its activities, and nothing about you.
Your location
Your location is requested only after you press the location button. It stays in your browser while the tab is open, is used there to work out distances and is sent to nobody, this site included.
A station, school or area you choose by name is kept in your browser for your next visit.
The map in the filters shows OpenStreetMap streets: opening it makes your browser load map images from OpenStreetMap’s servers, which see your IP address and the part of the map you look at, as any website does. The point you choose stays in your browser.
Listed places and your rights
The list repeats what places publish for their customers on their own websites and in their Google profiles. Where one person runs a place, a phone number or an address appears only if that person published it.
These are facts a business makes public so that families can find it, used here so parents can compare activities, in line with Colombia’s data protection law (Ley 1581 de 2012). Nothing is sold and nobody is profiled.
Anyone named in the list may ask to see, correct or delete what it holds about them, or object to being listed, through the form. We answer within the legal time limits: ten working days for a query and fifteen for a complaint. You may also complain to the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC), Colombia’s data protection authority.
Deleting a message
To have a message you sent deleted, use the form again and tell us which one. It is removed within a month.
